Cost Consultancy

Management of cost from the very inception of a project is key to achiveing a Clients project brief. Wellers are proficient in pre contract cost management producing Order of Cost Estimates and Elemental Cost Plans for numerous different projects.

Our involvement from the begining of a project can help track cost and assess risk from a financial viewpoint to ensure that costs are adequately ringfenced and help to reduce the risk to the Client of siginificant financial issues in the future.

Wellers can offer this as a standalone service or as part of a consolidated service offering pre and post contract cost consultancy services.

Contract Administration

Wellers have many years experience in providing the Contract Administrator role across a number of sectors and for a variety of different Clients.

This includes knowledge of standard forms of Contract which we administer on a regular basis along with all contractual controls associated with the role. This includes management of the design team and of the construction process as a whole.

We can offer this as a stand alone service as well as combined with our cost consultancy and contract management services.

Project & Cost Monitoring

Wellers work with a number of financial institutions managing their risk on investment portfolios throughout the construction process. A selection of the institutions we work with include:

Our role would typically include preparation of an initial project report followed by monthly inspections and reports along with valuation of works complete to allow payment to be processed.

CDM Principal Designer

Following the implementation of the new CDM 2015 Regulations (introduced in October 2015) Wellers are able to support the Client and Principal Designer in the delivery of their duties in accordance with the new Regulations.
