Our core expertise in Quantity Surveying is also supplemented through providing Contract Administration, Employer's Agent and CDM Consultancy services.

David Perry

Director
David has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry having been the Director of the company for the last 19 years. David studied for his degree in Quantity Surveying at Portsmouth University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997. David has experience in a variety of sectors across the construction industry and works throughout the South West and Central London. In addition to his Cost Management expertise, he also acts as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Monitoring Surveyor.
Helen Downing

Associate
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in the South West construction industry and joined Wellers in 2004 after working as an Estimator for a local construction firm. Helen re-joined Wellers in 2019 having spent seven years as a Development Manager at a Community Land Trust, delivering over 50 affordable homes across 7 communities in Cornwall. Helen studied for her degree in Quantity Surveying with the College of Estate Management in Reading and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010. Helen has experience of a range of project types including commercial, residential, and bespoke private homes. In addition to her Cost Management expertise, she also acts as an Employer’s Agent and Monitoring Surveyor.

A qualified Surveyor with over 30 years' experience in the industry, Jacqueline assists Wellers on all phases of construction project.
Richard Snell

Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Richard grew up in Cornwall. After leaving college he joined the Wellers team in 2017 on a Trainee Apprenticeship scheme. Richard completed a degree in Quantity Surveying with the College of Estate Management in 2022 and has recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Jamie Rogers
Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Jamie joined Wellers in September 2022. Jamie has been involved in the construction industry through college and experience on site for several years. Jamie is working towards his HNC in Construction.
Vicky Trelease
Office Administrator
Vicky joined Wellers in 2023. Vicky has a wealth of experience in office administration and customer services. Vicky supports our team in the office with her administration and communication skills and ensures the smooth running of day to day business.
Consultants
Wellers are supported by a team of Consultants who have worked for or closely with the company for a number of years.
Philip Meyers
A former Director continues to support and play an active part in the pre-construction phase of projects.
